Managing Stress

The counselors at DHS know this is an unusual school year. It can be difficult to navigate all the changes to your learning and social life. These changes sometimes lead to stress, anxiety and sometimes anger. We want you to know that these feelings are normal but something you should not ignore.  There are many ways to manage these kinds of feelings but it's not always easy to know what those ways are. Please take a look at some great strategies by clicking the link below. We use many of these skills in our everyday lives and practicing them can help reduce the stress you may be feeling. Please know that we are here to talk even during remote learning. All you have to do is e-mail us during school hours and we will reach out to you. Have a great day!
