Mrs. Boss worked with our technology department to utilize a 3D printer to manufacture a device to assist our students. Our OT/Language group at RMS is fascinated by the new "Energy Meter," and how it relates to identifying "where your energy is" during the day.
The sliding 3D Energy Meter is designed to help individuals identify and communicate how their Energy Levels change, and to choose a coping strategy to help maintain consistent sensory regulation. (Autism Level Up) #gopurple

RMS Track Information:
Our 1st Track practice will be on March 20th. Students must be registered on 8 to 18 prior to the practice. There will be a parent meeting at 4:30 pm after practice. Running Wild from Davenport Iowa will also be selling shoes and spikes that evening.
RMS 8th Grade - Sauk Valley Community College is hosting an Impact Program Information and Registration night on April 25th and April 27th. Pizza and pop will be provided. RMS Parents - Please be reminded that pick up and drop off before and after school is in the West parking lot outside of Door 8 or down in the parking spaces on Division Street . Please do not drop off, pick up, or wait in the outside lanes as it blocks the bus lanes, clogs traffic and causes a safety issue for your student as they cross traffic. Thank you for your help!
