DHS Assistant Principal Mr. Tate is this week's spirit stick award winner. Mr. Tate is not one for recognition, but he has worked tirelessly for the past several weeks getting our students started in the Progress Learning ACT prep program as well as organizing our W.I.N. days this week to help students get caught up in classes they need extra support in. Thank you Mr. Tate!

Happy Labor Day weekend! School resumes on Tuesday, September 8th.

This week's Spirit Stick Award winner is Mr. Sutton! Mr. Sutton is a math teacher at DHS who goes above and beyond for our kids inside and outside of the classroom. He can often be found at extracurricular events supporting kids and has had increased participation in the 'Dixon Dice' board game club, which he created last year. Thank you Mr. Sutton!
